This form will help facilitate your presentation and allow the event management team to assist in providing everything you will need. You must complete one form per session.

Cost is $80.70 per stool. Note: head tables will not be able to be provided. If you wish to present seated, you must request a stool on this form.

If you would like your compliance approved PowerPoint to be pre-loaded to your breakout room, please follow the instructions provided below to submit your presentation files to a secure server for the event.

If you are not able to submit your PowerPoint at this time because it is still being reviewed by compliance, please visit secure.lpl.unbridled.studio at a later time to submit your presentation.

Please note: If you do not submit your compliance approved presentation to the site prior to the event, you will need to bring your presentation on a USB portable device. Once onsite, please visit the Speaker Ready Room located in 24C at your earliest convenience and our staff will upload your presentation to your room.
